Each third party listed above provides at least equivalent privacy protection as described in this policy. UpTrack contains no advertising SDKs, social login SDKs, or cross-app tracking libraries.
All content you create in UpTrack (win logs, counters, notes, categories) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure local storage. CerebroWorks has no technical ability to access, view, or retrieve this data. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all on-device data.
UpTrack does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not request the ATT (App Tracking Transparency) permission. We do not use fingerprinting, hashed identifiers, or any alternative tracking methods.
On-device data is protected by Apple's iOS security model including device encryption and Secure Enclave. We use standard security practices for any email communications. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
UpTrack is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Quanta and Quanta Pro are offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the confirmed price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered at launch, will be forfeited when you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription.
CerebroWorks reserves the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect, and your subscription will not renew at a new price without your confirmation.

Quanta offers a free tier and Quanta Plus paid subscriptions (monthly and annual). All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account settings. CerebroWorks does not process refunds directly — please contact Apple Support for billing issues.

All content you create in Quanta (saved papers, reading sessions, annotations, ratings) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure local storage, with optional iCloud sync for Quanta Plus subscribers. CerebroWorks has no technical ability to access, view, or retrieve this data. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all on-device data.
Quanta Plus subscribers may optionally enable iCloud sync. When enabled, your library is synced via your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. CerebroWorks does not have access to your iCloud data.
